Easy Tortilla Wraps.

-Looks nice, right?
blog buih

I'm not really sure what Uruguayans eat. So for the Uruguay and Holland match, I made some tortilla wraps. Uruguay lost the match. I'm not Paul the Octopus.

To prepare the ingredients, I stir fried some beef strips, marinated with pepper. Next, I sauteed some Onions and mushroom. While waiting for the onions to turn brown, I diced some tomatoes. The tomatoes were then mixed into a bowl with some parsley and lemon juice.

Next, i grated some cheddar cheese and put it aside.

Once i have the meat, onions, tomatoes and cheese done, I prepared the tortillas by heating it in the microwave for about 2 minutes.

Once it is all done, I lined it all up on a table and wrapped each tortilla with all the ingredients together with some lettuce and sour cream. Before rolling it up, i sprinkled some malt vinegar on it.

The tortillas was long gone by the time the Uruguay game started.

Too Much Cooking™ : Baked Dory and Veggies

-after about a month of cooking, I think i'm ready to blog about it.

For the past month I've been cooking almost daily. At least about 5 times a week. I did this due to the love of cooking but more importantly I would want to find out how easy it actually is to prep up a decent dinner meal. Well it's easy enough for me. Coming from a Malay family, Dinner has always been Carb oriented with rice being the main dish. Hence, my recipes strictly adheres to low carb meals.

Frozen Dory is one of the easiest meal to prepare. I dipped it in some fresh yogurt and black pepper. While heating the oven to 150c, I went through the bottom cabinet of the fridge and managed to find some mushrooms, 1/4 of a carrot, half of a tomato, A yellow onion, 2 cloves of garlic and 2 chillies. So i chopped it all off roughly and scattered it on the baking dish.

The Dory, which have been marinated, goes on top of the vegetables. I squeezed a zest of lemon juice before putting it into the oven for about 40 minutes.

The whole preparing time took only 10 minutes to do.
